On Wednesday 22 July, we welcome back one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, Tim West, for the next Cooking with Friends @ The Inn.
Tim's career has taken him through some of Australia's finest kitchens, including Two Chef Hat-awarded Biota in Bowral, where he was part of the team that earned one of Australia's highest dining honours. From there, he went on to cook at ILY and Morning Glory before leading the kitchen at Edgar's as Head Chef.
Like all good ideas, this one started with two mates around a table. Swapping ideas, refining dishes and drawing on years of experience, Tim and Elliot have created a one-night-only menu they're excited to share, with every dish cooked over the flames of The Inn's signature Asado grill.
