Chef Elliot has curated a special menu centred around one of Australia's most sought-after cuts, the 9+ Marble Score Scotch Fillet. Rich, buttery and beautifully marbled, this is beef at its finest.

Across the evening you'll enjoy a multi-course menu designed to showcase the depth, flavour and indulgence of this exceptional cut, alongside a selection of seasonal dishes from The Inn kitchen.
